Russell was born on August 1, 1944 in Williamsport. He was the son of Edward D. and Matilda Lee (Moore) Wesley. He was a resident of Warren County most of his life living briefly in Lafayette where he graduate from Lafayette Jefferson High School. Russell retired from the state highway department. Wesley (wife: Ann) of Kramer, IN; Jasper C. Wesley (wife: Dorothy) of Williamsport; and Roy Wesley (wife: Linda) of West Lebanon; and 5 grandchildren, Jackob, Jalesa, Trista, Trinity and Wyatt. Russell was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, Ray and Archie Wesley and 1 sister, Lucille Bowers. Visitation will be at Grady Funeral Home in Williamsport from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. EDT on Wednesday, October 3, 2007. Services will be there in the chapel on Thursday, October 4, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. with Minister Bruce Thornsbrough officiating. Interment will be at West Lebanon Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association." (Obituary provided by MillerWeston)
