Russell Soden "the son of Malcolm and Alice (Milligan) Soden was born Jan. 26, 1931, at Wisner. He graduated from Wisner High School in 1948, then entered the U.S. Marine Corps. He served in the military during the Korean War from 1952-54. He returned to Wisner, where he was employed by Hansen's Texaco. Mr. Soden later became the office manager of Schaulis and Heftie Veterinary Clinic in Wisner." He was survived by his wife, Beverly, and 1 sister Wauneta 'Sis' Schmidt.
