Ruth married Virgil E Kelley on August 10, 1946 in Troy, Kan., and together they resided in the Clearmont/Braddyville area where they were blessed with four children: Ronald, Gerald, Carol and Barbara. One of Ruth's greatest passions was working with Virgil on the farm. She also worked at the Clarinda Herald-Journal and the Clarinda Regional Health Center for many years. Her greatest legacy was her unconditional love for her family which was shown through her dedication and love.
