Description	:	Ruth E. Gore 90 of Great Falls passed away peacefully at her home on June 5th, 2016 in Great Falls. She was born October 11, 1925 in Denton, Montana the eldest of 6 children born to William and Gladys (Fulbright) Strouf. They were raised on her parents’ ranch near Denton and received her education in the Denton school system. She was united in marriage to William Orr and from this marriage William and Jeanette were born. They were later divorced and on September 19, 1948 she was united in marriage to Lloyd Gore who had an infant son Michael.... Read More	Ruth E. Gore 90 of Great Falls passed away peacefully at her home on June 5th, 2016 in Great Falls. She was born October 11, 1925 in Denton, Montana the eldest of 6 children born to William and Gladys (Fulbright) Strouf. They were raised on her parents’ ranch near Denton and received her education in the Denton school system. She was united in marriage to William Orr and from this marriage William and Jeanette were born. They were later divorced and on September 19, 1948 she was united in marriage to Lloyd Gore who had an infant son Michael. Steven and Jeffrey soon joined the Gore clan in the family home in Lewistown. Ruth worked at Buttrey Foods, now Albertsons as a cashier for many years and a Bryng’s Ladies Clothing in Lewistown. After the passing of her husband Lloyd in 1996 she remained in Lewistown until moving to Great Falls in 2000. Mom was a great cook and she truly enjoyed cooking for her family. She was an avid camper until age crept up on her. She is survived by one son Michael (Carol) and one daughter Jeanette (Larry) Munson both of Great Falls; one sister Edith (Bernard) Lehman of Lewistown, MT and Richard (Leona) Strouf of Moccasin, MT; 10 grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren, 2 great greatgrandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by three sons William, Steven and Jeffrey, her parents, two brothers Roy and Robert and one sister Annamae Morris. Private Graveside Services for Ruth E. Gore will be later this summer, at her request cremation has taken place and she will be laid to rest next to her son William in Central Montana Memorial Gardens of Lewistown.
