She was born July 8, 1898, at Enterprise the oldest child of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Ginder. Her father and one sister preceded her in death. She attended the Enterprise schools and was graduated from the Enterprise high school in 1916. AUGUST FOLKMAN Ruth Elizabeth Folkman died January 8, 1951, following an operation in a hospital at Salt Lake City. Utah. She was born July 8, 1898, at Enterprise the oldest child of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Ginder. Her father and one sister preceded her in death. She attended the Enterprise schools and was graduated from the Enterprise high school in 1916. She attended Emporia state Teachers college for two years and was assistant teacher in the Enterprise kindergarten and taught in the Hope and Dillon schools. Later she was employed in the Froelich Grocery store and here she made many friends. She was united in marriage to August Folkman at Reno, Nev., September 14. 1941. Since that time they have made their home in Utah. She leaves her husband, four step children, her mother, Mrs. Peter Ginder of Enterprise, one sister. Dorothy Ginder of Denver, five brothers, Roscoe Ginder, Clifford Ginder and Jack Cinder all of Enterprise Ray Ginder of Yakima, Wash., and Glenn Ginder of Abilene, other relatives and a large number of friends. Funeral services were held at the Irwin Funeral home in Enterprise Thursday, January 11, with the Rev. George Gish, pastor of the Methodist church, in charge. James Decker sang two songs. Pall bearers were Jack Lungstrom, Carl Froelich, C. H. Johnson, Oscar Londene, Frank Henock, and John Decker. Burial was in Mt. Hope cemetery.
