Description	:	Funeral services for Mrs. Louis Cleveringa were held Tuesday, January 11, at the home and at the Carmel Reformed church with Rev. H.A. Harmelink officiating. Burial was in the Sioux Center Community Cemetery with Vander Ploeg's Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Pall bearers were Henry Stieller, Jr., John G. Schuiteman, Tony Heynen, Henry Heynen, Henry Den Herder and Floyd Van Kley. Mrs. Louis W. Cleveringa, nee Sadie Meendering, died unexpectedly late Friday night at her home. Besides her husband and daughter she is survived by her mother, Mrs. Jennie Meendering and the following brothers and sisters: Hattie Meendering; Gertrude, Mrs. Harry Kuhl; Albert and John Jr. Meendering. Her father preceded her in death on December 20, 1953. The sudden and unexpected death of Mrs. Cleveringa has shocked the community and her passing is mourned by a host of relatives and friends.
