Mrs. Hyman was born in Galivants Ferry, SC, a daughter of the late Eddie Lee and Flossie Alford Hilburn. She was a member of North Conway Baptist Church and enjoyed taking care of others, spending time with her family, "her crowd" as she called them. Mrs. Hyman was born in Galivants Ferry, SC, a daughter of the late Eddie Lee and Flossie Alford Hilburn. She was a member of North Conway Baptist Church and enjoyed taking care of others, spending time with her family, "her crowd" as she called them. Prior to retirement, Mrs. Hyman was an upholstery seamstress, excellent cook and housekeeper and loved vegetable gardening. Mrs. Hyman was preceded in death by her two brothers: W.L. Hilburn and Fred Hilburn, one sister: Elatha Rabon and four infant siblings. Surviving are one daughter Jean R. Johnson ( Kennith) of Aynor. Three grandchildren: Donna Richardson (Ricky) of Surfside Beach, SC, Glenn Johnson (Jessie) of Pawley's Island, SC and Denise Hardwick (Heath) of Aynor, SC. Six great grandchildren: Ashton Allard (Wade) of Burleson, TX, Chadwick Johnson (Taryn) of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Savannah Wheatley (Michael Dean) of Charleston, SC, Hannah Hardwick of Aynor, SC, Cross Hardwick ( Taylor) of Aynor, SC and Zoey Bea Hardwick of Aynor. Two great great grandchildren: Parker Allard and Charlotte Allard both of Burleston, TX. Two sisters: Lottie Martin Cook of N. Charleston, SC and Joyce Johnson( Mitchell) of Aynor, SC. Due to Covid, a graveside service will be private. This virus has made things difficult sometime but as a cousin of mine said "This I feel is God's altar call to us!" We appreciate any act of kindness you have ever done for Mama. the visits, calls, cards and goodies were special to her. Thank you so much. Please remember us in your prayers. Goldfinch Funeral Home
