Interment will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Mr. Bailey was born in Ireland, Dec. 26, 1823. He came to this country with his parents and settled in Pennsylvania. He was married to Miss Isabel McMurray in 1855. They had 10 children. Mrs. Bailey died in 1872. He married Miss Anna Sayre on Oct. 28, 1891.
