Aged 54 years, 11 months and 20 days. ------- Sam Goe died at the home of his, brother, Chas. Goe, east of Shelbyville, last Saturday night, after a lingering illness of many months. He is survived by three brothers, Jas. and E. T. Goe, near Shelbyville, and Chas. of Kansas City and one sister, Miss Edith Goe of Kansas City. Funeral services were held at the Baptist Church in Shelbyville, Monday afternoon, conducted by the pastor, Rev. Newton, and the remains interred in the I. O. O. F. cemetery. Goe died at the home his brother, James Goe, east of Shelbyville last Saturday after an illness of long duration caused by cancer. Deceased was born in Monroe county, Mo., January 12, 1860, and was aged 54 years 11 months and 20 days. He leaves several brothers and sisters. Funeral services were held at the Baptist church in Shelbyville last Monday at 2:30 o'clock conducted by Rev. C. E. Newton, after which the remains were buried in the O. O. F. Cemetery.
