Description	:	The 'Samuel Parks Incident', which occurred as a direct result of the U.S. occupation of the port of Vera Cruz during the Mexican Civil War, nearly resulted in war between Mexico and the United States. Samuel became lost, delirious and disorientated (probably from sunstroke) while transporting his commanding officer's horses and was captured and later murdered by soldiers of the Mexican dictator Gen.
