Description	:	Sandi Lee Danskin was born on February 23, 1943, in Sioux City, Iowa, to George and Evelyn (Crosby) Danskin, the oldest of three children. She passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at the Heritage Crossings Care Center in Geneva at the age of 73 years, nine months and six days. She had a very caring personality and... Read More	Sandi Lee Danskin was born on February 23, 1943, in Sioux City, Iowa, to George and Evelyn (Crosby) Danskin, the oldest of three children. She passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at the Heritage Crossings Care Center in Geneva at the age of 73 years, nine months and six days. As a young girl, Sandi moved often because of her father's ministry. After her high school graduation, she was employed in a number of different locations, working in the medical field, and most recently enjoyed working at the Blue Valley location in Geneva. She had a very caring personality and loved helping others and encouraging friends and acquaintances in building their faith. Sandi resided most recently in Exeter until her health began to fail. She was a former member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Lincoln. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Shalini and Scott Branson; son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Jennifer Krueger; grandchildren, Jordan and Marisza Sheldon, Jesse Caldwell, Noah Caldwell, Rachel Caldwell and Ethan Caldwell-Krueger; brothers and sisters-in-law, Chuck and Marlys Danskin; Robert and Sharon Danskin; several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Sandi is preceded in death by her parents, and several aunts and uncles. Funeral services were held December 3 at Lauber-Moore Funeral Home, Friend, with Pastor Christ Burgett officiating. "Great is Thy Faithfulness," "How Great Thou Art," and "It is Well With My Soul" were played during the service. Pallbearers were Scott Branson, Chris Burgett, Robert and Churck Danskin. Honorary pallbearers were Eric Krueger and Bill Louthan. Burial was in the Beaver Crossing Cemetery. The Nebraska Signal December 14, 2016 page 4A col. 3
