Sandra Bernadette was born in Columbus, Montana on December 30, 1948 to 154219313& Geraldine (McGinnis) Geraldine. She grew up and received her education in North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Montana and graduated from Park City High School in Park City, Montana with the class of 1967. After graduation she moved to Three Forks Montana. She was Married to Larry “Dean” Damuth on June 1, 1968 in Reed Point Montana and they made their home on the CA Ranch where Dean was employed. In 1972 they moved to Wilsall Montana where Dean worked for the Woosley Ranch. In April of 1972 they welcomed their oldest daughter Cheri Dee, in 1975 the welcomed their second daughter Traci Lyn. In 1979 they moved to Wyoming to the Moore Ranch where they worked until 1982 when they moved into Linch, Wyoming. Sandie started working for Johnson County School District in 1983. In December of 1984 they welcomed their youngest daughter Teri Ann. Sandie also worked at the Casper College Outreach Building for 5 years until she retired. Dean was killed in a tragic accident in 1988 and in 2009 Sandie moved to Buffalo where she resided until the time of her death.
Sandie enjoyed sewing, crafts, bowling, shooting, camping, hunting, fishing, and her gardening. She was a member of the EUB Church in Reedpoint, Montana, the NRA, Sweetbriar Chapter #49 Order of the Eastern Star since 1969, WBA and was presented a life membership to the Dull Knife Archery Club in Kaycee Wyoming in Feb 1989.
She is survived by three daughter's Cheri Koch and her husband Richard of Kaycee, Traci MacKearney and her husband Jim of Bar Nunn, Wyoming and, Teri Damuth of Buffalo; Two sisters Judy Roan of Hardin, Montana and Karen Howe and her husband Lyle of Rock Springs, Wyoming; one brother Alan Brumfield and his wife Lori of Colorado; very special cousins, Terry and Anne Brumfield of Reed Point, Montana; six grandchildren Kayla Koch Sowers, Taylor Koch (Travis Thompson), Dean Koch (Tristan Caro), Christopher MacKearney, Ethan (Shawna) MacKearney & Cadance Foust; six great-grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and two sisters. |
