Sandy was born November 24, 1938, in Ames the daughter of Lowell and Elva (Elliott) Lewis. She graduated from Ames High School in 1957 and was united in marriage to Donald Dean Overland on March 7, 1958, in Princeton, Missouri. Sandy worked in the Story County Clerk of Court until her retirement in 1999. She enjoyed square dancing with the Nevada Whirlers, animals, especially dogs and sitting on her porch watching the birds. She was preceded in death by her...
