Sandra was born on January 5, 1943, in Clinton, the daughter of James W. and Betty Mae Frye Colschen. She married Robert J. Harper on June 9, 1962, in Muscatine. He preceded her in death. She attended Beauty School in Davenport, and was a lifelong resident of the Muscatine area. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She enjoyed her grandchildren, her pets, gardening, cooking and baking. She will be deeply missed by her son, Steven Harper and wife, Lynnette of Muscatine; three grandchildren, Sabastian and Sabrina Fasano and Kristin Harper; brothers, Ted Colschen and wife, Cathy and Dan Colschen and wife, Michalle, all of Muscatine; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her sister, Cindy; and her stepfather, Robert E. Koll.
