Description	:	OBIT: Mrs. Sara C. Ettles, a resident of Kittitas since 1934, died yesterday at the age of 79 years at Bernath's Nursing Home where she had been a patient the past six months. Sara Leahy was born April 26, 1883 in Parker, SD and was married there to Chauncey A. Ettles, June 26, 1907. They came here from Plevna, Montana and Mr. Ettles passed away in May 1956. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Mary Romey of Monroe; Mrs. Gladys Bassert of San Diego, California; Mrs. Bernice Schimmel of Kittitas and Mrs. Genevieve Frederick of Snohomish; a brother, Emmett Leahy of Seattle, 11 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Francis (Pat) Ettles in Roslyn, in February of this year. Rosary will be said for Mrs. Ettles tonight at 7:45 at St. Andrew's Church and requiem mass there Wednesday, October 17 at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
