They were of Scottish heritage and were orphaned sometime after the birth of Gilbert (1825). They had the following children: Daniel b.1841, Perry b.1842, Mary Catherine b.1845, Margaret b. 1846, Elizabeth b.1847, Phoebe b.1849, Sarah Ann b. 1850, Caroline b. 1851, and Martha b.1855, also I believe she had triplets in 1867 - 1867. Sarah and Gilbert are not related to Joseph C Harvey and Rebecca Wilson. Joseph is the son of Joseph C. Harvey and Annie Craig from Botetourt Co., Virginia, and was from Ireland. I have researched this family since 1979 and have not been able to find the parents of Sarah and Gilbert, exhausting each link.
