Read More	Sister Of S D : Good Passes Away At Blacksburg Home (By Herald Correspondent) Sharon Nov 5- News reached here Monday of the death of Mrs Sallie Good Sarratt, sister of S. D. Good of this place. Mrs Sarratt was in her usual health and was at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Hollifield, near Blacksburg. Early Monday morning, Mrs. Hollifleld heard an unusual sound upstairs in her mother's room. Hastening to her room, Mrs. Hollifield found her mother had passed away. The deceased was a native of the Bullock Creek section, the daughter of the late James W. Good and Norrie Cole Good. She was married to O. H. Sarratt and made their home at Blacksburg. To this union several daughters and two sons were born, of which all survive. Funeral service was conducted at Blacksburg Tuesday in the Baptist church by her pastor and interment followed there. The pallbearers were nephews of the deceased, C. W. Feuher, Jr. of Spartanburg, Malcolm Purcell of Bullock Creek, Mr. Hollifleld of Blacksburg and Warren Feuher of Spartanburg. Since the death of her husband, Mrs. Sarratt made her home with her children. She leaves four brothers and three sisters: S. D. Good, Sharon; G. W. Good, Sharon, No. 1; Porter Good, Bullock Creek; John Good, Chester; Mrs. C. W. Feuher, Spartanburg; Mrs. Nelson, Bullock Creek, and Mrs. Lissie Westmoreland, Chattanooga, Tenn. The floral tributes were numerous and beautiful showing the high esteem in which the deceased was held. SARRATT DIES AT BLACKSBURG HOME Funeral Today for Woman Who Was Church Member Over 25 Years. Mrs. O. H. Sarratt died suddenly Sunday at her home at Blacksburg. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday by the Rev. E. C. Watson, pastor of the Blacksburg Baptist church. Interment will follow in the Blacksburg cemetery with J. L. Goodson, Blacksburg mortician, in charge. Mrs. Sarratt had been a consistent member of the Blacksburg Baptist church for 26 years. She was also a member of the Woman's Missionary Union. She is survived by the following children: Mrs. J. E. Hollifield, Blacksburg; R. C. Sarratt, Charlotte; Mrs. L. H. Caveny, Atlanta; M. G. Sarratt, Cleveland, Ohio; Mrs. S. L. Bryant, St. Louis, Mo.; and Mrs. L. E. Lee, Greenville. Four brothers and three sisters also survive, as follows: W. J. and Dempsey Good, Sharon; John Good, Chester; P. B. Good, Bullock's Creek; Mrs. Davis Nelson, Sharon; Mrs. C. W. Ferber, Spartanburg; and Mrs. Tom Born, Chattanooga, Tenn.
