Description	:	MRS. SARAH TAGUE Miss Sarah Helen Story was born at Floyd City, Iowa, March 10, 1845. She died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C. A. Dinner of Gibbon, Nebraska on June 7, 1935 at the age of 90 years, 2 months, and 18 days. She met and was united in marriage to Horace Daniel Tague of Charles City, Iowa on March 1, 1862. Dinner of Gibbon, Nebraska on June 7, 1935 at the age of 90 years, 2 months, and 18 days. She met and was united in marriage to Horace Daniel Tague of Charles City, Iowa on March 1, 1862. To this union ten children were born. Her husband and three of her children preceded her in death. Surviving her are Thomas H. of Kimball; Leona A. Loomis of Gibbon; Charles M. of Hillrose, Colorado; Mrs. C. A. Dinner of Gibbon; Mr.s Lucy E. Trudgen of Mid West, Wyoming; Albert E. of Kimball; Coran O of Alliance, Nebraska. Also 14 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. True to her pioneer training, she left home, a young wife of 15, and with her husband traveled west to then, the new and tiny settled Nebraska. With the courage of the true pioneer they established their home near Shelton, Nebraska, in 1860 and together they faced all the hardships, dangers, and privations of the early settlers. Most of the years since she spent in Buffalo County. Here she reared her family, meeting all the anxieties, fears, and toil of raising a large family in a new country, with the faith and courage of the true mother. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventis Church through the years and her personal trust in her Christ kept her, down through her declining years. Not only her loved ones, but the early settlers of this vicinity and many friends will mourn the passing of this pioneer woman. Services were held at the Miller & Godberson undertaking parlors, Sunday, at 4:30 and Rev. C. H. Thomas being in charge. The remains were sent to Kimball and were placed at rest in that place Monday.
