Description	:	The Gazette 31 Mar 1924 Mrs. Sarah Joslin ANAMOSA, March 31 - Mrs. Sarah Joslin died at Mercy hospital at the age of 87. Her maiden name was Sarah Jane Maples and she was born in Cohorton county, Ohio. In 1855 with her parents she came to Iowa and the family settled in Fairview. In the same year she was married to John W. Joslin. To them were born two children, John Z. of Lyndonville, N.Y. and Mrs. A.J. Beem of Anamosa. Mr. Joslin died in 1886. Ill health prevented the son... Read More	The Gazette 31 Mar 1924 Mrs. Sarah Joslin ANAMOSA, March 31 - Mrs. Sarah Joslin died at Mercy hospital at the age of 87. Her maiden name was Sarah Jane Maples and she was born in Cohorton county, Ohio. In 1855 with her parents she came to Iowa and the family settled in Fairview. In the same year she was married to John W. Joslin. To them were born two children, John Z. of Lyndonville, N.Y. and Mrs. A.J. Beem of Anamosa. Mr. Joslin died in 1886. Ill health prevented the son from attending the funeral, which was held in the Loder undertaking parlors, the Rev. Mr. White of the Baptist church officiating. Typed as written Per article in The Anamosa Journal 1-15-1925 she was one of the people buried in the Riverside Cemetery in 1924.
