She had been a resident of University Place for 32 years and of the state all her life. Native Of Clatonia Had Been University Place Resident For Past 32 Years. - Sarah Louise Wullschleger Steininger, 63, died at 4:30 o’clock Monday morning at her home, 4020 St. Paul avenue, after an illness of about a year. She had been a resident of University Place for 32 years and of the state all her life. She was born on a farm near Clatonia, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Steinmeyer, early pioneers of Gage county. In October, 1905, she married Philip Wullschleger, and the couple moved to University Place. In 1924, Mr. Wullschleger died, and in 1927, the widow was married to Rev. J. Jacob Steininger, who died in 1937. She was a member of the Second Methodist church. Her survivors include two sisters, Martha Steinmeyer of Clatonia and Mrs. Agnes Noble, Haxton, Colo.; three brothers, John, Frank and Wesley Steinmeyer, all of Clatonia; and one step-daughter, Mrs. Irma Dammon of Newton, la. Funeral services will be held at 9 o’clock Wednesday morning at the Second Methodist church, Fifteenth and N streets, with Rev. J. R. Hamilton officiating. The body will lie in state from 8 to 9 o’clock Wednesday morning. Burial will be in Clatonia. Pallbearers will be John, Wesley, Frank and Floyd Steinmeyer, Charles Vilda and Will Dammon. J. Jacob Steininger, who died Monday at her home in Lincoln. Services were held at the Second Methodist church with the Rev. J, R. Hamilton officiating. Burial was at Clatonia, Neb.
