The small family lived quietly, although Millie had a lot of family through her grandparents who would visit. Her mother's parents were Andrew and Margaret Robson. Her father's parents had died in England. Wilber was twelve years older than Millie and died before her. They are buried in Orchard Hill Cemetery.
