Description	:	In the Hathaway family genealogy on Pg. 659 of the History of Sutton, 1704-1876, she is identified as Sarah Harding. No marriage or birth record has been located to confirm. The only death "record" is a transcription of the gravestone inscription in the published Vital Records of Sutton to 1850, as indicated by the G.S. 17 notation. However, published in the April 23, 1833 edition the Columbian Centinal was "Mrs. Sarah Hathaway, wife of Osmon Hathaway, died in Smithfield (RI), aged 30 years".
