Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 11, at the St. Donatus Catholic Church, with the Rev. Phil Kruse officiating. Burial will be in the St. Donatus Cemetery. Friends may call after 9 a.m. Saturday at the church. Iowa Cremation Society, Cedar Rapids, is in charge of arrangements. She was born on Jan. 14, 1949, in Davenport, daughter of Victory and Mary (Kane) Bousselot, of rural Grand Mound. She graduated from the De Witt Community High School in 1967. She married James D. Keil on June 17, 1967, at St. Joseph's Church, Bellevue. Sally was a homemaker who loved taking care of her family, home and fowl. She cherished the special moments with her grandchildren. She enjoyed singing in the church choir, taking care of the church linens and playing piano and organ. Surviving are her husband, James D., of St. Donatus; four children, Patrick Keil, of Iowa City, Andrea (Ann) Keil, of Cedar Rapids, Bryan (Tina) Keil, of Clarence, and Jessica Keil, of Tiffin; five grandchildren, Jacob and Daniel Keil and Riley, Mickey and Flynn Keil; 10 siblings, Mary (David) Keil, of Dyersville, Stephen (Susan) Bousselot, of Clinton, Thomas (Rita) Bousselot, of Calamus, Philip (friend Cyndi Heilig) Bousselot, of De Witt, Jacqueline (Mark) Jacobsen, of Williamsburg, Barbara (Terry) McSherry and Richard (Marci) Bousselot, both of Arizona, Francis (Frances) Bousselot, of Georgia, Theresa (Daniel) Stafne, of Minnesota, and Patrick (Mary) Bousselot, of Illinois; a very special niece and goddaughter, Sarah Bousselot, of Tiffin; and many other nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, James; maternal and paternal grandparents; mother and father-in-law, Lloyd and Lola Keil; and a niece.
