The body is to be shipped to Nelson Tuesday for burial. =================== The Nelson Gazette (Nelson, NE), Thursday, November 12, 1908; pg. 1 Death of Mrs. Robert Greenwood Mrs. Robert Greenwood of Nora, was buried from the Presbyterian church on Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock. She was well and favorably known in the community, having lived here some twenty years. She was born in Allegheny county (sic), Pa., on September 20th, 1853, and her maiden name was Senath Ann Cooper. She was married to Mr. Robert Greenwood on December 29th, 1875, at Viola, Ill. Five sons and one daughter were born in their union. One son died in infancy, but the other four are well known young men. Goldie, the only daughter is a student at the Nelson High School and highly esteemed by all who know her. Mrs. Greenwood's health had been failing for some time. Several weeks ago she went to Omaha for medical consultation and finding herself in need of special care she stayed at one of the hospitals in that city, where she died on Sunday night, November 8th. The large congregation at the funeral testified to the esteem in which she was held by all. She was a good christian wife and mother as well as a lady. Rev. F.G. Knauer spoke from Luke 10:42, "Possessing the good part," and Rev. Price, pastor of the M.E. church (sic) offered prayer. The Order of the Easter Star, of which she was a member, had charge of the services at the grave. Many and beautiful were the floral tributes, fragrant as with the memory of her life. Her body now rests in the Nelson cemetery (sic) until the glad resurrection.
