Description	:	SETH WIDNER was born in January 2, 1829 in Huron County, Ohio to John Leonard Widner (a veteran of the war of 1812) and Jemima Benjamin Widner. Seth migrated to Pulaski County, Indiana with his father in 1839. Seth assisted on the family farm until he married. His first marriage was to Roxey Gaby on January 1, 1854 (DOB 29 November 1833 to DOD 18 August 1856), daughter of George Gaby and Louise Eldora Randall Gaby. Read More	SETH WIDNER was born in January 2, 1829 in Huron County, Ohio to John Leonard Widner (a veteran of the war of 1812) and Jemima Benjamin Widner. Seth migrated to Pulaski County, Indiana with his father in 1839. Seth assisted on the family farm until he married. His first marriage was to Roxey Gaby on January 1, 1854 (DOB 29 November 1833 to DOD 18 August 1856), daughter of George Gaby and Louise Eldora Randall Gaby. Seth's second marriage was to Nancy Matilda Parsons on April 17, 1858 (DOB 1834 to DOD 18 August 1862) , daughter of John Passons and Priscilla Formash Passons who bore him three children, Johnson, Maria and James, the last named deceased. In 1862 Mrs. Widener died and in the fall of 1863, he married Mariah Bevard Hillis (DOB June 10, 1834 to DOD 27 June 1910) on October 26, 1863, Mariah and Seth had the following children—Frank, William, Josephine, Samuel, David, Seth and Leonard. In 1880, Mr. Widener took up his residence on rented land and engaged in general farming and stock raising." Seth is buried at the Bedford Cemetery in White County, Indiana and is recorded with siblings and parents in find-a-grave database.
