| Description | : | Arby enlisted in the Army at age 25, on 2/20/1941. He was a veteran of WW11. He saw action in France and Germany. In Germany he was injured after enemy fire blew up a fox hole. He was awarded the Purple Heart. On March 29, 1946 he married Juanita Green. Arby Earl Boone retired from International Mineral and Chemical Corp. He is survived by his wife, Juanita Green Boone; a daughter, Deborah Boone of Knoxville; three sisters, Lena Howell of Newdale, Margaret Howell of Kingman, Ariz., and Lucille Kimbrell of Rex, Ga.; eight brothers, Frank Boone...
