The information was received by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James E. Ramsey, Bolchow, rte. 3, who lived in the Fillmore vicinity, but formerly residence of this county. The letter of condolence has been received by the parents from Lieut. Gen. T. Holcumb, commandant of the Marines, who spoke of the "splendid record" of Reed Ramsey. |
