Heath Marla Gae Heath WINDFALL~ Double funeral services are planned at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the Windfall Christian Church for Mrs. Sharie Heath, 43, and her daughter, Marla Gae, 16, who were killed in a two-car accident at 5:10 p.m. Sunday at 175 W on Ind. 26. Dr. Harry Walrond will officiate assisted by the Rev. Jerry Williams. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery. Friends may call at the Pritchard Funeral Home here after 7 p.m. Tuesday and all day Wednesday. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and all day Wednesday at the funeral home. Friends may call at the church one hour preceding the services. Mrs. Heath was born in Windfall, July 22, 1928, and was the daughter of Ross and Elizabeth (Hall) Patterson. Her mother survives. On Dec. 5, 1948, she was married to John F. Heath. She had lived in Sharpsville for several years and was employed by the Northern Community School Corp. as a secretary. Later, she lived in Niles, Mich., and Naperville, Ill., and had returned to Kokomo last August. Her home in Kokomo was at 1209 Devon Ct. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Kokomo. Surviving with the husband, also critically injured in the accident, are a son, Mark, at home; the mother of Windfall; two sisters, Mrs. Les (Donna) Planalp, Fairmount, and Mrs. Benny (Brenda) Salsbery, Muncie, and a brother, Kenneth N. Patterson, Muncie. Marla Gae was born in Sharpsville, Sept. 10, 1956, the daughter of John and Sharie (Patterson) Heath. She was a sophomore at Northwestern High School and was a member of the school's band. She is survived by her father, the brother Mark, the maternal grandmother, Mrs. Patterson of Windfall, and the paternal grandmother, Mrs. Hester Heath, Windfall, and several aunts and uncles.
