| Description | : | Sharon Ann Hruby, the daughter of Mildred (Groves) and Leo Parks, was born April 20, 1936 in Marshall, Minnesota. Her family moved to the lakes area in 1937 where Sharon was raised and educated. After completing high school, Sharon graduated from the University of Iowa. Sharon was a wonderful pianist and loved music. She also enjoyed watching football, especially the Minnesota Vikings, cooking and had a deep love for her family and Lake Okoboji.
