Shaun Michael Jacobsen was born Oct. 31, 1977, in Clinton, to John and Suzanne (Malone) Jacobsen. He attended Clinton School System for 11 years. He was a member of Chancy Lutheran Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family. Survivors include his parents, John and Suzanne Jacobsen; grandmother, Marcella Malone, godmother, Kerry Leahy; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Malone; grandmother, Ramona Jacobsen; a cousin; two uncles; and his godfather. For 23 years his life was given for science so another child might not ever have to suffer.
