Shelly was welcomed into this world on February 26, 1962 by her parents, Junior and Thelma (Orey) Stark. Shelly was a beloved mother, grandmother, nurse and friend. She will be missed dearly. Read More	Shelly “Shellbell” Kay Hoover, 54, Princeton, MO passed away Friday, August 19, 2016 at her home. Shelly was welcomed into this world on February 26, 1962 by her parents, Junior and Thelma (Orey) Stark. Shelly was a beloved mother, grandmother, nurse and friend. She will be missed dearly. Shelly’s greatest passion was her family with whom she enjoyed gambling, shopping and traveling with. Shelly also had a passion for her career as a nurse for over twenty years and loved her patients and coworkers as if they were family. She enjoyed serving those in need in the elderly, home health and hospice and veteran communities. Shelly would have liked to let her family and friends know that her work here is done. She received a call, sort of an offer you can’t refuse, for an appointment from which she will not be returning. This assignment comes with a huge sign-on bonus, a reunion with family and friends she has not seen in a long time. Job security is exactly 110 percent. Her mission takes her to a wonderful place where she will be socializing, antiquing and reading to her heart’s content. Love, laughter and lots of shoes are guaranteed. Food is delicious, sweets are abundant and you never gain an ounce. She would like all of her friends and family to celebrate her mission here, which has now been completed. And as Shelly would always say, “You gotta believe.” Low adherence to this will not be tolerated. She was welcomed into Heaven by her mother, Thelma; daughter, Sarah and many other missed friends and family members. Shelly will be missed dearly by her children, Junior Vogel (Stacy) of Lineville, IA, Misty Vogel (Eddie) of Cainsville, MO and Morgan Hoover (Vance) of Princeton, MO; former spouse & friend, Dick Hoover of Corydon, IA; grandson, Wyatt Vogel of Lineville, IA; father, Orville Junior Stark of Princeton, MO; sisters, Jeannie Miller (Billy) of Princeton, MO, Joni Vogel (Brad) and Sherry Houk (Jim) of Lineville, IA and other friends and family members. Celebration of Life will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 23, at the First Baptist Church, Princeton, MO. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery, Lineville, IA. The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the church. Friends may call after 2:00 p.m. Monday at Roberson Funeral Home, Princeton, MO. In lieu of flowers or donations, the family asks that you take a moment to hug your parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, friends and family or just take a moment, an hour or day doing something that you love
