Description	:	Sherman M. Dyer, son of William and Martha Dyer, was born at Exeter, Neb., August 2, 1888. He passed away at his home in Exeter, Friday morning, January 22, 1960, at the age of 71 years, 5 months and 20 days. As a boy, he attended the Exeter grade school then worked on various farms near Exeter. he was united in marriage to Gusta Malnburg March 11, 1913. Dyer, son of William and Martha Dyer, was born at Exeter, Neb., August 2, 1888. He passed away at his home in Exeter, Friday morning, January 22, 1960, at the age of 71 years, 5 months and 20 days. As a boy, he attended the Exeter grade school then worked on various farms near Exeter. he was united in marriage to Gusta Malnburg March 11, 1913. To this union were born two daughters, Maxine, who died in infancy; and Rexine, Mrs. Leo Bretta of Lincoln. He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and three brothers. He is survived by his wife, Gusta; his daughter, Rexine; son-in-law, Leo Bretta; and three grandsons, Leo Jr., Bobby and Tommy, of Lincoln; a brother George of Whitman, Neb.; and a sister, Mrs. Grace Stilson of York. Funeral services were held at the Farmer Funeral Home Monday, January 25, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Harold Dodson officiating. Burial was in the Exeter Cemetery.
