A Private Funeral Service will be at Rexwinkel Funeral Home of Le Mars, Iowa. Burial will be Memorial Cemetery in Le Mars. Shirley attended Le Mars Community High School. In September of 1956, she married DoWayne Schulz of Merrill, Iowa. The couple had four children together. DoWayne passed away in February of 1976. In 1981, Shirley married Don Reilly of Merrill, Iowa. Don passed away in October of 2002. Shirley was also preceded in death by her parents, LeRoy and Vivian (Renken) Lang; a sister, Clarice, and two brothers, Richard and Doug Lang, all of Le Mars, Iowa. Survivors include her four children: Lynette (Ron) Shuff of Le Mars; Lori (Scott) Dickman of Rockford, Illinois; Shelley Schulz of Huntington Beach, California; Dan Schulz of Norwalk, Iowa; five grandchildren: Dr. Chad (Tammy) Shuff of Omaha, Nebraska; Camie (Matthew) Blundell of Lancashire, England; Ryan Nicholson of Minneapolis, Minnesota; and Annika and Sydney Schulz of Norwalk, Iowa; and six great-grandchildren: Logan, Landon, and Leighton Shuff of Omaha, Nebraska; Amber and Ruby Blundell of Lancashire, England; and Danielle Nicholson of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Shirley is also survived by her sister, Wanda (Ned) MaComb of Le Mars, Iowa, and many nieces and nephews. Shirley enjoyed gardening, reading, crafts, and painting.
