Born February 15, 1945 in Conway, she was the daughter of the late Senator Vance and Myrtle Wofford Parker Singleton. Shirley was a member of First United Methodist Church for 53 years where she served as a member of the choir and as the wedding coordinator. She was employed with People's Federal Savings and Loan for over 20 years. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, February 12, 2018 at First United Methodist Church in Conway with Rev. Kyle Randle, Rev. Mickey Mullis, and Rev. Jamey Collins officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
