Description	:	DARLINGTON, S.C. -- Shirley Tolson Weatherford, age 83, died on Christmas Eve morning at her residence. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Mechanicsville Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 Sunday in the chapel at Mechanicsville Baptist Church. She was a member of Brown Springs Baptist Church and attended Mechanicsville Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, J.L. Weatherford, children: Barry Huggins, Donna Huggins both of Hartsville and Teresa Huggins of Chesterfield, many grandchildren, a step-son, Kelvin Weatherford, and a step-grandson. She was preceded in death by sisters, Barbara Jordan, Ann Teal, and Maxine Chisolm, brothers, Carrol Tolson, Maxie Tolson, a best friend who was like a sister, Jean Gainey and a grandson.
