He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sarah Ellen Nester five daughters, Mrs. Vera Fain, Mrs. Susan Underwood and Miss Nellie Nester, all of Meadows of Dan Mrs. Agnes Nunley, Christiansburg, and Mrs Lula Greenstreet, Springfield, Ore. three sons, Corby Nester, Meadows of Dan, William Nester and Silas Nester, both of Richmond , five sisters, Mrs. Lillie Burnette and Mrs. Liza Burnette, both,of Meadows of Dan, and Mrs Bertie Nester, Mrs. Eva Nester and Mrs. Carrie Goad, all of Dugspur, and 16 grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted at Green Mountain Baptist Church Saturday at 1,p.m. by the Rev. Marshall Lsrgen and the Rev. Charlie Simmons. Interment was in the Burnette Cemetery. The body was moved , at 4 P.m. Friday from Maberry Funeral Home, Floyd, to the residence, and was taken to the church one hour before the services. Pallbearers were E. R. Burnette, Arvel Bolt, Erby Stanley, J. E. Dakon, Troy Underwood and Curtis Webb.
