Stemp; three sons, Charles P. Stemp, Cumberland; Frank E. Stemp, Westernport; Leo J. Stemp, Baltimore; four daughters, Mrs. James McPartland, Lonaconing; Mrs. Charles S. Miller, Mrs. Arthur Simon and Mrs. Donald P. Wagoner, all of Frederick, Md.; two brothers, Alex Breski, Beryl, and Andrew Breski, Perry Point VA Hospital; and four grandchildren."
