Final rites were held at St. John's Catholic Church at 10:00 a. m., Monday, with the Rev. Fr. E. J. Coyne officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Sophie B. Surviving relatives include her widower; a son, Roy of Brookings; two brothers, Jules Roy of Wausau, Wis., and Charles Roy of Sparta; four sisters, Mrs. Richard Johnson of Groton, Mrs. John Spitznoggle of Muscatine, Iowa, Mrs.Herman Olson of Sparta and Mrs. Bernard Rapp of Norwalk, Wis. One grandchild also survives. Preceding her in death were her parents and two brothers. The Paetznick Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
