Stan was born July 23, 1931, in Alliance, Neb., the fifth of Tom and Vera's 12 children. Bradley passed away peacefully at his home in Park City, Mont., the morning of Aug. 24, 2012. Stan was born July 23, 1931, in Alliance, Neb., the fifth of Tom and Vera's 12 children. He graduated from Park High in Livingston in 1949, and proudly served his country aboard the USS Passig during the Korean War. He was honorably discharged in 1955 and upon his return to Livingston. Stan met and married Darlene Hargrove. Stan and Darlene moved to Santa Rosa, Calif., where Stan attended UC-Davis and received his bachelor's degree in 1959. Stan's career in agriculture and finance took him to various locations in the west before settling permanently in Park City in 1973. Stan opted to take early retirement from First Interstate Bank in the late '80s and filled his time pursuing the perfect golf game, researching Montana history and serving with American Legion Post #100. Stan is survived by his significant other, Bonnie Owen; his children Mauri, Jodi (Bill) Gina (Dave) and Beaumont (Alise); grandchildren Cameron (Erran), Katie (Jay), Sierra, Sienna and Sylvan; great-grandchildren Kamiliah, Avery, Iris and Rae; siblings Gordon, Don, Larry, Linda and Gerald; and will be greatly missed by his "special bow-wow," Ollie. Stan was preceded in death by his wife, Darlene; parents Tom and Vera; siblings Rex, Griffith, Beverly, Burdette, Faith, and Gwen; and his big dog Lucky. In accordance with Stan's wishes no formal services will be conducted. On Sunday, Sept. 2, 2012, from 2 to 4 p.m., friends are invited to join in an informal celebration of Stan's life at the family home in Park City. Many thanks to RiverStone Hospice, especially Dona, MaryAnn, Sonja, Sherry and Diane; Stillwater Community Health nurse Heidi; and Dr. Graham and Tori at the VA. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Stan's memory to the Park City Ambulance, RiverStone Hospice or a charity of your choice. We referred to him in many ways (the banker, S.L., Stan the Man, Mr. Bradley, possum), but the best thing we ever called him was dad. With so much love and respect — your children.
