Description	:	HANDLEY, Stanley M. Jr. Age 82, of Hamilton, Ohio, formerly of Okeana, Ohio passed away at Berkeley Square Friday evening, August 26, 2005. He was born on September 28, 1922 in Okeana, Ohio the son of Stanley and Flo (Evans) Handley. He was educated in Morgan School and graduated from Morgan High School. On April 21, 1943 in Ludlow, Kentucky he married Betty Jean Brown. Stanley was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during WWII. Jr. Age 82, of Hamilton, Ohio, formerly of Okeana, Ohio passed away at Berkeley Square Friday evening, August 26, 2005. He was born on September 28, 1922 in Okeana, Ohio the son of Stanley and Flo (Evans) Handley. He was educated in Morgan School and graduated from Morgan High School. On April 21, 1943 in Ludlow, Kentucky he married Betty Jean Brown. Stanley was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during WWII. He served in the 14th Armored Division known as the "Liberators" in France and Germany where he earned the Bronze Star and various other medals. He was also a member of Lindenwald United Methodist Church for many years. He is survived by his wife, Betty Handley of Hamilton; one son, Mike Handley and his wife Joanne of Hamilton, Ohio; former daughter-in-law, Cindy Handley of Fairfield, Ohio; two grandchildren, Amy M. and M. Scott Handley, both of Columbus, Ohio. Visitation will be held at Lindenwald United Methodist Church on Monday, 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 11:00 a.m. with burial in New London Cemetery, Shandon, Ohio. If desired, memorials may be made to Lindenwald United Methodist Church Memorial Fund or VITAS Hospice, 11500 Northlake Dr., Suite 400, Cincinnati, Ohio 45249.
