Stutzman, was born August 15, 1939 in Beaver Crossing, Nebraska to Bert and Elma (Roth) Stutzman, and went to his heavenly home on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at Memorial Hospital in Seward at the age of 78 years 2 months and 3 days. As a young boy, he attended school in Beaver Crossing through the 10th grade until his father was injured and he was called home to help on the farm. He was united in marriage to Joyce Stauffer on August 28, 1959 at East Fairview Mennonite Church and to this union four children were born: Debra, Jim, Patty and Doug. Together they made their home on a farm near Beaver Crossing later moving to farms near Milford. Stan worked for Grosserode Cattle Company and later Farmland Coop in Ruby and Milford for 34 years. He was a member of Beth-El Community Church and served his Lord in many ways. His family was important to him and he enjoyed watching his children and grandchildren participate in various school and college activities including their sporting events. He loved spending time with his family and drinking coffee with friends. Stan was a loving, caring husband and father and had a great sense of humor. In his early years, he was always ready to play a game of softball. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Joyce, of Milford, children and spouses, Debra and Kevin Masten, Omaha, Jim and Beth Stutzman, Milford, Patty Bittinger, Omaha, Doug and Jill Stutzman, Denton, grandchildren and spouses, Andrew and Jordan Masten, Austin Masten, Michael Stutzman, Suzy and Jeremiah Swanson, Brandon Bittinger, Shelbi Bittinger, Cole Stutzman, brothers and sisters-in-law, Dennis and Veryl Stutzman, Edna Roth, Phyllis Troyer, Ruth Erb, sister-in-laws and brothers-in-law, Barb Stutzman, Cleve Schweitzer, Bob and Shirley Stauffer, Ken and Darlene Steckly, Gary and Glennice Stauffer, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bert and Elma Stutzman, infant brother, Cloy Stutzman, Roy Stutzman, sisters, Luella Nitzche-Schweitzer, Lois Schweitzer, brothers-in-law, Kenneth Troyer, Jake Erb, Willard Roth, William Nitzche.
