Description	:	LEOMINSTER -- Stella LeBlanc, wife of Edward J. LeBlanc, died at home surrounded by her loving family after a short illness. Born in Sainte Anne, New Brunswick, Canada on February 19, 1924, she was the daughter of Gonzaque and Imelda Caissie. Stella and Eddie came to the United States in 1952 where they raised their five children. From 1979 to 2000, Stella and Eddie owned and operated the Country Lodge in Leominster. Theirs was a true partnership, admired by many. Stella is survived by her five children, Roger and his wife Sandy (Hagwood), Ivan and his wife Paula (Vaillette), Doris and her husband James Small, Murielle and her husband John Cotton, and Lisa (LeBlanc) Mueller, all of Leominster, three brothers, Emery of Fitchburg, Valmond and Ernest of Canada, three sisters, Olia Boudreau and Giselle LeBlanc of Canada, and Germaine Goguen of Maynard. She also leaves behind nineteen grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by seven brothers, Gil, Clarence, Leo, Joseph, Omer, Blair and Romeo, and one sister, Carmella. Stella was a communicant of St. Cecilia's Church for over 58 years. LeBLANC -- The funeral will be held Friday, June 18, from Brandon Funeral home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg, with a Mass at 10:00 A.M. at Saint Cecilia's Church, 180 Mechanic St., Leominster. Burial will follow in Saint Cecilia's Cemetery. Calling hours are Thursday, June 17, from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Saint Cecilia's Memorial Restoration Fund, 180 Mechanic St., Leominster, MA 01453.
