Description	:	Stephen Edward Colville passed from this life, following his battle with pancreatic cancer, on April 24, 2015 at the Sheyenne Care Center in Valley City, ND, with family present. Steve was born November 12, 1949 in Valley City, the youngest of five children, to Burton and Eleanor (Zaun) Colville. Steve grew up and attended public school in Valley City. He married Elizabeth Belling in 1968. They had a son, Keith Stephen Kelly Colville. The marriage ended shortly thereafter. Read More	Stephen Edward Colville passed from this life, following his battle with pancreatic cancer, on April 24, 2015 at the Sheyenne Care Center in Valley City, ND, with family present. Steve was born November 12, 1949 in Valley City, the youngest of five children, to Burton and Eleanor (Zaun) Colville. Steve grew up and attended public school in Valley City. He married Elizabeth Belling in 1968. They had a son, Keith Stephen Kelly Colville. The marriage ended shortly thereafter. In 1978 Steve married Darla, with whom he made a life in South Milwaukee, WI for a time and where he worked as a welder for Bucyrus-Erie. Since 1990, Steve resided in Moorhead, MN. Steve possessed an honest, kind and compassionate spirit, along with a wry sense of humor. He loved music and nature. He was happiest when he was outdoors, especially when near the ocean. He had a life-long interest in automobile mechanics, and had many good memories of traveling to and living in three of his favorite places: Florida, Texas and Oregon. He leaves to mourn his passing his son Keith and four granddaughters, along with his siblings: Shari (Lloyd) Fassett, Keith B. (Susan) Colville, Gail (Richard) McGehee, brother Eugene (Jacki) Colville, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents John and Edith Zaun, paternal grandparents Edward and Anna Colville, stepmother Grace Martens Colville, and his parents. A graveside memorial service for family and friends will be held Monday, May 11 at 2 P.M. at Hillside Cemetery in Valley City with Pastor Allan Gerber officiating.
