Description	:	Steve was born in Raleigh ND on September 27, 1935 to Mathew and Emalia (Kratz) Grosz. He married Natalie Chornuk on May 5, 1962 at the Catherdral of the Holy Spirit in Bismarck, ND. Together they welcomed 4 children: Theresa, Paul, Peter and Steven. As a young man, Stephen joined the US Army in October 1956 and served during the Korean War. He married Natalie Chornuk on May 5, 1962 at the Catherdral of the Holy Spirit in Bismarck, ND. Together they welcomed 4 children: Theresa, Paul, Peter and Steven. As a young man, Stephen joined the US Army in October 1956 and served during the Korean War. He was honorably discharged in October 1962. He lived in Bismarck ND until moving to Moorhead, MN in 1964 where he enrolled in a technical school and graduated as a certified welder. In 1969, he moved his family to Billings MT where he worked at Beall Transliner. At Beall Transliner he worked as a welder and a foreman until he retired in 1999. After a short 2 years retirement, he went back to work at Enterprise Car Rental where he worked for 10 years. Stephen's second retirement started in 2010. Stephen was passionate about hunting big game, waterfowl and upland game. He enjoyed hunting with friends and family but loved being outdoors watching nature whether hunting, hiking, fishing or camping. Stephen was extremely passionate about gunsmithing. He enjoyed going to the range to pattern new powders and bullets or to shoot trap. Stephen is preceded in death by his parents Mathew and Emalia, his brothers Baldwin, Blasé, William (Bill), Joe and Mathew. Stephen is survived by his wife Natalie, daughter Theresa (Jeff) Brakke, sons Paul, Peter (Jami) and Steven (Denise), and grandchildren Christine, Michelle, Lindsay, Erik, Brandon, Joey, Sarah and great grandchild Leo. Also, brother Otto and sister Emma Lou (Dennis).
