Steve was born March 18, 1950, in Colusa, California, to Byron and Zelda Harbison. He attended Colusa High School and graduated in 1969. He was very active in football, basketball and track and field, in high school and his friends called him "Harv", a nickname that stuck with him throughout his life. Read More	Steven Cordell Harbison, passed away on September 28, 2017, at his home in El Dorado Hills, California, following a two year battle with colon cancer. Steve was born March 18, 1950, in Colusa, California, to Byron and Zelda Harbison. He attended Colusa High School and graduated in 1969. He was very active in football, basketball and track and field, in high school and his friends called him "Harv", a nickname that stuck with him throughout his life. In high school he began dating the love of his life, and married her in 1970. They celebrated their 47th wedding anniversary two days before he passed. Steve began working in the wholesale plumbing business and moved from Colusa to El Dorado Hills in 1985, where he and Rozanne raised their family. He was a manager in the wholesale plumbing business for the last 30 years. Steve was interested in all things and was busy all the time. He especially enjoyed camping, fishing, golf, travel, restoring old cars and really had a love for building houses. He could build or do anything he set his mind to and was very good at it. Family and friends were a top priority for Steve and he enjoyed entertaining them at their home or their cabin in Butte Meadows. Steven is survived by his loving wife, of 47 years, his son and and wife, his daughter, his mother, brother, and wife and sister and husband of Yuba City, CA. Steve has five nephews and one niece. He was preceded in death by his father Byron Elliott Harbison. Services will be held at 12:00pm on Saturday, October 14, 2017, at McNary Moore Chapel, 107 5th St., Colusa, CA, followed by a committal service at the Colusa Cemetery, 1976 Wilson Ave., Colusa, CA.
