| Description | : | POWELL , Steve Joe October 24, 1918 - March 10, 2009 Steve Joe Powell, beloved husband of Genevieve of Calgary, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at the age of 90 years. Steve served during WWII from 1939 to 1945. He went on to become one of Calgary's first landscapers, owned and operated Steve's Barber Shop in Inglewood for approximately fifteen years, and then Brentwood Barber and Style Shop, retiring in 1982.
