Description	:	Daughter of George and Elizabeth Worker. From Story County Watchman December 20, 1901 Mrs. Wm. H. Baker died at her home in this township on Saturday evening at the age of 27 years, leaving her husband and two sons and two daughters to mourn her loss. She was one of the oldest settlers in this part of the state and was well known her abouts as a kind and obliging neighbor and a lady at all times and under any circumstances. Baker died at her home in this township on Saturday evening at the age of 27 years, leaving her husband and two sons and two daughters to mourn her loss. She was one of the oldest settlers in this part of the state and was well known her abouts as a kind and obliging neighbor and a lady at all times and under any circumstances. The remains were tenderly laid to rest Tuesday. She was a native of England and came to this country at an early age, and was married to Mr. Baker in 1866. They came to this county in the fall of 1869, since which time they have been residents on thier fine farm in this township. The sincere thanks of Mr. Baker and his family are extended to all who so tenderly assisted them in the last rites to the lady.
