Description	:	Sylvia was the second daughter of two born to Frederick U. Grimm and Elsie Blenkarn Burt. She liked playing with dolls and her sister Margaret liked being outside doing tomboy things. Sylvia first married Chester Belwood (son of Nathan Belwood and Rose Boylan in December 1937 at Thompson Falls, Montana. They adopted one daughter named Margaret Carol. Sylvia divorced Chester and married Charles Stradley (son of Orris Stradley and Elizabeth Rose Myer in October 1938. They adopted 2 daughters named Sharon Elizabeth and Charlotte Sylvia. Sylvia first married Chester Belwood (son of Nathan Belwood and Rose Boylan in December 1937 at Thompson Falls, Montana. They adopted one daughter named Margaret Carol. Sylvia divorced Chester and married Charles Stradley (son of Orris Stradley and Elizabeth Rose Myer in October 1938. They adopted 2 daughters named Sharon Elizabeth and Charlotte Sylvia. When Charles died in 1940 in a hunting accident, Sylvia married Charles Donald Wright, Sr. (son of Charles W. Wright and Luella Stradley) in Dec 1942. Charles adopted her three girls and he was the only father they ever knew. They had 2 children, Charles Donald, Jr., and Beverly Gayle. Charles went into the service in 1942 shortly after they were married and served in WW II. Sylvia lived in Seymore, Indiana while he was away. A year after his discharge they moved to Belgrade, Montana. Her husband started his own flying service with some family members in 1950 after working in a flight operation as a mechanic. In September 1960 he started with the Federal Aviation Agency as a general aviation maintenance inspector in Porland, Oregon. They lived there a year and then in Billings, Montana for five years and then on to Milwaukee. Their hearts were alwasy in the west and they were very happy when they got to move to Helena, Montana in the fall of 1976. Don was made Chief in the Helena Federal Aviation Agency. They got to move into their new home in 1977 and she never had to work outside the home. She kept very busy sewing, knitting, crocheting, etc. for her children and grandchildren. She also took care of the home and yard. They were connected with the Baptist Church and enjoyed visiting their children plus taking vacations. Source: "Blenkarn Tapestry" by Dorothy L.
