Description	:	Thelma Keller age 90 formerly of What Cheer, Iowa died Wednesday at the Manor House in Sigourney, Iowa. Thelma Frances Fear was the daughter of Glen and Jessie Davis Fear. She graduated from Delta High in 1936. She was married to Earl Allen Shipley on August 13, 1937. To this union were born two boys; Larry and Gary. Thelma Frances Fear was the daughter of Glen and Jessie Davis Fear. She graduated from Delta High in 1936. She was married to Earl Allen Shipley on August 13, 1937. To this union were born two boys; Larry and Gary. Thelma began her working career at the Bakery on the north side of the square in Sigourney. From there she began working at Bale's Nursing Home, which is now Kapple's Dental Office. Most recently Thelma was a Deputy Recorder for Keokuk County. After the death of Earl in 1982, she was married Wayne Keller on February 1, 1985. Thelma was a member of the United Methodist Church of What Cheer. She made it her hobby collecting clocks and jewelry, she also enjoyed gardening, canning, cooking, and each year for Christmas she would make "homemade noodles" to give to her entire family. As any special grandmother would, Thelma always looked forward to her grandchildren spending the night at her house on the weekends.
