Description	:	Theodore A. Musgrove Sr., 85, of Ottumwa, died at 7:19 a.m. July 16, 2019 at Ridgewood Specialty Care in Ottumwa. He was born May 5, 1934 in Ottumwa and was raised by Naomi and Art Batterson, who were the aunt and uncle of his mother, Madge Bryant Musgrove. A graduate of Ottumwa High School in 1952, Ted had worked at Ottumwa Water Works, a foundry in Fairfield, and delivered groceries for Taylor Grocery and Quality Grocery. He worked for John Deere Ottumwa Works for 26 years, retiring May 31, 1993. Ted enjoyed golfing, traveling and camping along with his wife, Jeri Surviving are his children, Maddie (Ron) Cremer of Clive, Linda Hernandez of Muscatine, Ted (Dana) Musgrove Jr. and Kevin Musgrove, both of Ottumwa; 9 grandchildren, Travis, Tracey, Justin, Damon, Teri, Regan, Nicole, Brian, Kyle; four step-grandchildren, Diana, Timothy, Chelsea and Chase; 21 great-grandchildren, Anjelica, Jacey, Austin, Dayton, Teis, Eline, Caleb, Cindy Jo, Brooklyn, Kirk, Gracelyn, Ashden, Anthony, Cidney, Raelyn, Nikayla, Kailey, Cynthaney, Orion, Owen, Emmalyn; 10 step-great-grandchildren, Hailey, Caiden, Nevaeh, Serenity, Kaleb, Nicholas, Olivia, Amelia, Blake and Ryan; 2 great-great-grandchildren, Miguel and Javier. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Cindy Reed; four brothers, Robert Musgrove, Bill Musgrove, Clayton Musgrove and Terry Carter. A Celebration of Life will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Reece Funeral Home with Pastor Shane Frazier officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery.
